Spiti in winter is not a destination—it’s an experience carved in ice and memory. From November to March, this high-altitude desert transforms into a white dreamscape. Roads vanish under fresh snow, villages wear silence like a second skin, and the air is a breath of untouched purity.
Snow blankets every home, every monastery, every winding road—and in this stillness, Spiti whispers its truest stories. The Spiti River freezes into silver mirrors, and temperatures drop below -20°C, revealing the raw beauty of Himalayan winters.
